Description
Watercolor portrait of jazz pianist.
Italian musician and composer has been part of the Alea trio.
Alea Trio was born from the desire of three musicians to explore different musical genres, searching for a musical language that merges cultured music, jazz and ethnic music.
In this research work, the encounter with the music of the Argentine composer Astor Piazzolla had an important part.
Metatango represents a step of this path in which the combination of some jazz standards, soundtracks, original compositions and Piazzolla's tango finds organicity and coherence.
Giuseppe Privitera - violin
Maurizio La Ferla - piano
Pier Paolo Alberghini - double bass
